Excel, Sheets and data questions
Recommended: ChatGPT or Gemini with a described sheet
Alternative: Copilot in Excel (Microsoft 365)
Why: Describe your columns instead of pasting rows; ask for formulas plus the steps. Gemini in Google Sheets can act on the sheet directly if you already use Workspace.
Privacy caveat: Never upload payroll, customer or financial sheets to a public tool; describe the structure and test formulas on dummy rows first.
