Your instructor: the AajAI Coach

At AajAI you learn AI by practising with it: the AajAI Coach checks every attempt, scores eight skills and tells you the one thing to improve next.

Right now the Coach scores every attempt with the AajAI rubric, a fixed checklist of the eight skills, rather than a live AI model. You get the same kind of feedback: a score, what is missing and one next improvement.

At AajAI you learn to use AI by working with it: every mission gives you a real task, you write the instruction, and the AajAI Coach checks it, scores eight skills and tells you the one thing to improve next. Then you try again.

What the AajAI Coach does

The Coach is an evaluator, not an open chatbot. It scores your attempt on task clarity, context, constraints, output definition, iteration, verification, privacy and safety, and workflow thinking. It names what is missing and gives exactly one next improvement, so every check moves you forward. When an AI model is connected, it reads and evaluates your attempt; otherwise the AajAI rubric, a fixed checklist of the same eight skills, does the scoring, so you always get feedback.

Why you learn AI by using AI

Using AI well is a practical skill: it improves with attempts and feedback, not with long lectures. The Coach checks each attempt in seconds, at any hour, as often as your daily limit allows, and it is as patient with the tenth rewrite as with the first.

Who builds the missions

The missions, scoring rules and safety rules are designed and maintained by the AajAI team at Support IT Ventures, around everyday Indian work: vendor follow-ups, meeting notes, quotations, spreadsheets, policies, interviews and decisions. The method is SEE → TRY → CHECK → IMPROVE → KEEP with the KAAM + JAANKARI + HAD + NATIJA formula; the Methodology page explains it in detail.

How to get the most from the Coach

Treat each check as a conversation. Read the one improvement it suggests, change only that, and check again; you will see which change moved the score. Use placeholders such as [VENDOR] or [DATE] instead of real details, and keep the version you like in your Result Locker so the next task starts from a better instruction.

What the Coach will not do

The Coach does not promise a job, a salary increase or perfect accuracy, and AI feedback can be wrong, so check what matters. A certificate records completed practice and a Coach-checked score; it is not an employment guarantee. Attempts that look like they contain Aadhaar, PAN, card or phone numbers are never sent to an AI model.
