Purchase does not start the timer. Press START MY COURSE from your dashboard when you have time. Each course allows one pause. After the window ends, lessons lock but your Result Locker, certificate and invoices stay.
Buying the next tier credits what you paid for the previous one (KARO costs ₹100 for SAMJHO buyers, BANAO costs ₹350 for KARO buyers). Credit is computed on the server and is valid for 90 days.
Clear rules before and after activation, plus statutory carve-outs for defective or not-as-described services. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Missions per course: SAMJHO 7 · KARO 21 · BANAO 30 · see each course page for the full list. Teams: packs of 5, 20 and 50 seats.
