AajAI is operated by Support IT Ventures. AajAI is designed to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their provisions come into force. This policy explains the data we use to operate the service, why we use it, how long we normally retain it, and the choices available to you.
What AajAI collects

Processors and service providers
AajAI uses only providers needed to operate the service. The current providers are listed in the Service providers and seller identity block below this policy. Typical categories are web hosting, Razorpay for payments, our transactional-email provider, the AajAI Coach AI provider when one is used, and Google Analytics only when it is switched on and you accept analytics. AajAI does not sell personal data.
Where the Coach uses an AI provider, the attempt text needed for evaluation may be sent to that provider. Attempts that look like they contain Aadhaar, PAN, card or phone numbers are never sent; they are scored on our own server and flagged. Learners should use placeholders for names, phone numbers, Aadhaar, PAN, payment data and other sensitive information unless the task genuinely requires it and sharing is appropriate.
Analytics and cookies
AajAI always uses privacy-preserving first-party operational events for product functions such as counting a challenge completion or payment success; these events do not contain learner prompt text, passwords, Result Locker content or lesson content. Google Analytics 4 is optional. When it is switched on, the Google tag loads only after you choose Accept in the analytics banner. You may accept or reject analytics without losing course access, payment access or the free tools, and you can change the choice from the Analytics choices link in the footer.

Children and learners under 18
AajAI is 18+ by default. An under-18 account may be admitted only when the guardian-consent flow is switched on and the required guardian verification has completed. When an account is treated as a minor, AajAI does not use optional analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking or public Work Kit publishing for that learner.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct account data, close your account, withdraw a consent that is based on consent, nominate another person where applicable, and raise a grievance. Some records may need to be retained for tax, payment dispute, fraud-prevention or legal obligations even after an account is closed. Requests are handled through the Contact page or the privacy/grievance contact shown below.
Security
AajAI uses server-side sessions, secure password hashing, mandatory TOTP two-factor authentication for administrators, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, rate limits, private media controls, signed payment verification, security headers and audit logs. No internet service can promise zero risk; the Security page explains the controls and how to report a vulnerability.
Changes to this policy
Material changes are dated on this page. If a change requires a fresh consent, AajAI asks for it rather than silently treating an old consent as permission for a new purpose.
