These Terms govern use of AajAI, a digital learning service operated by Support IT Ventures. By creating an account, buying access or using a paid learning surface you agree to these Terms and the Privacy, Refund and Digital Delivery policies.

The service

AajAI provides short practical AI-learning missions, free practice surfaces, Coach feedback, Result Builders, a Result Locker, optional credentials, AajAI Pulse and AajAI Tested content. AajAI is an educational practice service, not a job-placement, investment, legal, medical or guaranteed-income service.

Course ladder and timed access

SAMJHO, KARO and BANAO have the prices, access periods and pause allowances shown at checkout. Payment creates a purchased entitlement; the learning timer starts only when the learner presses START MY COURSE. After completion there is normally a 48-hour lesson review window. Result Locker and credential availability follow the period shown for the product.

Accounts and security

Keep credentials private and use your own account. Device and concurrent-learning limits are anti-sharing controls, not permanent IP locks. Attempts to bypass access controls, scrape paid lesson material, attack the service, impersonate another learner or misuse another learner's results may lead to suspension or revocation.

Your results and AajAI content

You may download and reuse the personal outputs you create in Result Locker. Course text, internal Result Builder templates, Coach rubrics, lesson structure, answer keys and private media remain AajAI/Support IT Ventures content and may not be republished as a competing course or copied in bulk.

Payments, invoices and upgrades

Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged by AajAI and include applicable taxes. Razorpay processes the payment instrument; AajAI receives payment references, not your full card or UPI credentials. Upgrade and referral credits are calculated server-side, are not cash, and may expire according to the period shown in the account.

Team packs

A Team Manager may allocate purchased seats and see activation, completion and AI Score bands. The manager does not receive learner attempt text or Result Locker contents. Team pricing, seat expiry and tax information are shown before payment and on the invoice.

AI limitations

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased or outdated. Coach feedback is an educational evaluation, not professional advice. Learners remain responsible for checking facts, protecting confidential information and following their employer, school or regulator's rules.

Refunds and service problems

The Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded. Duplicate charges, non-provisioned access, wrong entitlements and material unresolved service defects are handled under that policy.

Grievances and governing law

The Grievance Officer shown on this site acknowledges formal grievances within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within one month. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Unless a mandatory consumer forum or other applicable law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
